Evidence for this play can be found on the MLB Film Room (at 0:06). It is highly probably that this is the play depicted on the card, despite blurry footage when paused. However, this is the only game that 1) has Palacios playing in a red uniform and 2) involves him in a play where he throws the ball (rather than tossing or leaping).
