Accessibility Note
My goal for this website is that it is able to be read, accessed, and navigated by all users, regardless of device or sight ability. For this reason, I have tried my best to pay careful attention when designing the site to how other users might see the pages. As of May 2025, the following features are in place:
- Links are placed inline with explanatory text
- Images have alt text (or have a description nearby)
- Abbreviations have titles (or have their meaning nearby)
- Headings are used (rather than just extra styling)
- The site is responsive (adjusts to screen size changes; not currently well optimized for screens wider than 3000 pixels)
- Most, if not all, areas can be navigated by a screen reader
- Most links do not open in a new tab
- A skip to main content button is on every page
That being said, I am very open to feedback when it comes to accessibility and am always looking for ways to do better in this regard. Should you come across any problems with the website, whether it be on a certain brower or device or with accessibility, please message me on Reddit (username: vintagehotdog13).
It is also worth noting that the content on this site is inherently visual. To get the full experience, it helps to be able to see the photo on a baseball card and compare it to the video / photo provided as evidence. That is not a reason to not make the site accessible (which is why I have made a point to do so), but do be aware of this fact.
